Once your home size/story is determined then we will set up an appointment and an e-invoice will be sent to you for payment via credit card.
Please be sure to add a gate code or to call to be let in if you live in a gated community. You need not be home, just leave your fence gate open and your pets inside for the day of service.
Arrival: Once you are added to our schedule, our team will arrive at your property on your selected date and time (within +/-one hour of the scheduled time). We will ring the doorbell to notify you we are on premise. However, there is no need for you to be home at all.
If for some reason there is an issue or repair needed with your gutters during our post-cleaning inspection, we will be sure to bring it to your attention. (Please note, we do not adjust or repair your system).
Clean-Up: There is very little cleanup if any for you! We automatically bag up the debris and leave the bags by the curb for trash pickup, use for composting, or for extra fee ($5), we will haul off the bags.
Perhaps the most common problem caused by clogged gutters is overflowing and over saturating the ground near your concrete foundation. Routine cleanings prevent major damage to your home and even the gutters.
When water leaks into your home, it can cause drywall damage and eventually nasty mold, odors, ceiling/wall stains, damage to your roof decking and lead to excessive moisture in the attic.
If gutters are not cleaned and water overflows from the gutters, it will often fall along the perimeter of your home. This can often cause foundation movement and cause cracks in your concrete, brickwork and sticking doors and windows.
In our Houston and surrounding areas, we have pine needles! They usually come with three (3) needles tied together at one end! Usually, one of the needles gets caught in the filter screen. Then, use your fingers to pick each one out. We have done just that; it is tedious, time consuming and dangerous.
Besides this fact, when there are heavy downpours rainwater swiftly flows down the roof slope and water simply skims across any metal or plastic screen guards. When this happens, the gutter function is defeated entirely, and you will regret spending $$ for the advertised leaf screens
So, don’t bother spending hundreds or even thousands of dollars $$ for gutter guards and call us for cleaning. In fact, if you now have gutter screens/guards and want us to clean out any debris, then we would have to charge extra for such screen cleanings.
